At EL&N, we strive for perfection in every order; however, due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, we can only offer returns or replacements for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact our guest services team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

Return Process

    Take clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, including the original packaging and the delivery note.

    Email our support team with your order number and the attached photos to notify us of the discrepancy.

  • 3.
    Await Verification

    Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm if a refund or replacement is eligible.

  • 4.
    Resolution Processing

    Once approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement immediately or process a refund to your original payment method.
